A recognized industry innovator and award-winning creative, Suzana leads global teams and projects that advance the future of brand storytelling by connecting creativity to technology.
For the past 12 years, she's worked at Google NY in a variety of roles, spanning a range of focuses, including creative strategy, creative technology, media and effectiveness. During this time, she led campaigns, branded content and innovation projects for brands including Mattel, L’Oreal, Pixel, Chrome, YouTube, and Android.
Su currently runs scaled and bespoke creative programs leveraging AI at the heart of Google Marketing. She’s focused on incubating and testing AI tools and processes to drive the org’s AI transformation.
She came to this role from leading Team Adrenaline where she was responsible for evolving Google Marketing’s media programs across all partner platforms including TikTok, Instagram and Snap, and developing creative integrations like Pixel Real Tone with the NY Times (which won a Cannes Lion).
Prior to that she worked across the top Google clients in the Americas, activating brand programs at scale to drive spend and impact, including work with Warner Bros, B&H and Navy. In that role, she ran the Creative Effectiveness team, delivering white-glove bespoke support, ABCD implementation and creative diagnostics at scale, via inspirational and efficient programs with brands and agencies.
Before Google, Suzana held executive creative roles at prominent advertising agencies like JWT, StrawberryFrog, VML, and Anomaly, while working with global brands like Converse, Coca-Cola, and Fiat.
Her career began in Brazil, where she was a key contributor to turning Africa agency into the second “Agency of the Year” in Cannes. She also co-founded and led a renowned agency in Sao Paulo called Hello Interactive, owned by the Brazilian ABC holding Group.
Beyond advertising, she's a member of the creative intelligence collective called Asas that produces arts and culture projects, and has a background in acting, tap dancing and TV hosting.
